Yeah, I'm that happy. Hope you will be, too!

Yeah, I’m that happy. Hope you will be, too!

I’ve been talking about this novel for a long time.

The wait is finally over.

The Kindle version of Never Turn Back is available NOW.

Yes, you heard me. NOW.

If you want to know a bit about the book, check out the new page I put up on this blog dedicated to the book.

Hover your cursor over the picture of the book on the side bar, and you’ll be linked to the Amazon page.

Aren’t I quite the slick marketer?

Now the hard part begins (at least for me). Marketing the book while I’m getting ready to move across the country.

Marketing is hard enough for a highly sensitive person like me. Add the stress of a move, and, well, I’m about as glued together as runny oatmeal.

Ever feel like this? Then you know how I feel.

Ever feel like this? Then you know how I feel.

So, I’m going to ask you blogger buddies of mine a few favors. Okay?

1. Spread the word on all your fancy social media gizmos. I don’t do Face Book or Twitter or the countless other thingies out there that hook people up to each other in the ether world. If you could do that for me, well, I’d be so grateful I would cry. Oh who am I kidding? I’m going to cry a lot in the next several weeks no matter what you do or don’t do.

And this is a good day.

And this is a good day.

2. If you buy the book (and I REALLY hope you do because I put so much effort into making this one really good, which is not to say that I didn’t put a lot of effort into making the memoir really great, it’s just that I did a lot of research and stuff for this one–no wonder the book is 412 pages long!) Anyway, if you buy the book PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE write a review on Amazon, Goodreads, your blog, a bathroom wall, anywhere you think others will see it and maybe buy the book. The best way to sell a book is by getting lots of good, honest reviews.

Sure. This new book is way different that her hilarious but poignant memoir, but it's great in a whole new way. You gotta read it. Forget Dick and Jane. I'm tellin' ya!

3. If you are so inclined and want to showcase my book on your blog, let me know. I’ll find the time to do an interview or whatever (as long as “whatever” is legal).

I'm very photohygenic.

I’m very photohygenic with a great sense of humor.

4. If you know of anyone who does reviews, let me know. I need to network. Put in a good word for me and I’ll take it from there.

Yeah, I'd do a phone interview.

Yeah, If you know her, please put in a good word for me. I’d do a phone interview.

As a reward for all these things I’m asking you to do for me, I’m doing a FREE, yes, FREE book promotion at the end of the week.

From October 17 (Friday) to October 19 (Sunday) BOTH of my books (Kindle version only) will be available for FREE dowdload. Tell everyone about it.

I’ll do a reminder post on Thursday, right before I fly off to Portland with Philip to do our first attempt at house-hunting.

Good to know, but does it have a gas fireplace?

Thanks for all your support. What would I do without you?

Keeping in touch with all of you has kept me sane. Can't you tell how happy you make me?
