Welcome back to this weekly (as opposed to weakly) attempt to “Occupy the Blog-o-Sphere” each Thursday. I offer this hopefully uplifting message to brighten your day and bring something buoyant into your life. I wanted to end this year’s series in lighting up the Blog-o-sphere in a predictable Lorna way.

We’re in the midst of celebrating whatever it is we are celebrating and that usually involves goodies that taste great but make our clothes shrink. It’s one of those physics principles I never quite understood.

Well, People, consider yourself lucky that I am here to remind you of the calorie-burning and muscle-toning benefits of laughter.

If you find yourself growing faster than the national debt, start laughing and don’t stop until your sides ache, your face hurts, and you’ve rolled all the dust-bunnies or cookie crumbs off of the floor. Besides dancing, laughter is my favorite form of exercise. Well, there might be another type of exercise that I also enjoy…but I digress.
